  • Preferred Flies: Blue Winged Olives, Prince Nymphs, Woolly Buggers

Brown Trout

Highly selective and intelligent, brown trout represent the ultimate challenge for Calgary anglers.

  • Trophy Size: 24+ inches
  • Best Times: Fall spawning season
  • Preferred Flies: Large streamers, terrestrials, precise nymph presentations

Mountain Whitefish
